Transporter Treffen: Saturday 9am to 11am
Volks Jamboree: Sunday 7am to 11am

CONDUCT
No Violence. No Weapons. No Drugs! All contriband confiscated will not be returned. Anyone caught violating any of these rules, will be asked to leave and/or removed by the security staff from the premises. VolksVision MediaWerks, Inc. has the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

DISPLAY SPACE
Your vehicles & display must stay in your designated area. If your display is larger then the width of your vehicle (with both doors open), then you must pay for additional Display Space when you pre-register. All displays must be professional in appearance & be in good taste. No sponsor banners in your display space unless they have paid to be a show sponsor.

FOOD, DRINKS & ALCOHOL
Outside food, drinks & alcohol are strictly prohibited at all events during WinterJam 2010. Only Volks Jamboree held at Port Orange City allows outside food & drinks. Absolutely No Alcohol is Permitted & No Glass Bottles Allowed. Alcohol will be available for sale at most of the venues (Hooters, Destination Daytona, Bandshell, Ocean Center & Port Orange City Center). All outside alcohol brought into any of the venues will be confiscated by either our staff or the venues security.

GRILLS
Volks Jamboree held at Port Orange City Center is the only venue where grills are allowed. Keep all grills away from vehicles. No open flames!

LATE ARRIVALS
Vehicles will be placed on a first come, first serve basis. If a member of your crew or club does not caravan with you, rolls in late or is not in line with you when check-in / load-in takes place they will not be placed with you (NO EXCEPTIONS). You must arrive before 11am to register for Transporter Treffen on Saturday & for Volks Jamboree on Sunday. If you show up late, you may not get in!

LEAVING EARLY
All show vehicles must remain setup from 11am to 3pm at Transporter Treffen & Volks Jamboree. Vehicles will be allowed to leave once Awards Ceremony starts at both events (usually around 3pm each day).

8:45am to 9:00am: Session 1 Tech Check-in for Autocross & Dyno
9:00am to 12:30pm: Session 1 for Autocross & Dyno Competition
12:15pm to 12:30pm: Session 2 Tech Check-in for Autocross & Dyno
1:00pm to 4:00pm: Session 2 for Autocross & Dyno Competition
4:00pm to 4:30pm: Burnout Contest
4:30pm to 5:00pm Motorsport Awards Ceremony
